   concrete last 20 -30 years asphalt last 5-10 years for a cash strapped city concrete is the better surface in life span and repair ability and over it life concrete is cheaper

2. solar panels on all city buildings

   we need all city building to have solar panels placed on them it would save the city money over there rated 25 year life span.
