Officers were dispatched to a residence on Madison Ave. to a citizen assist request.

Officers were dispatched to a residence to take a fraud report after a citizen found unauthorized charges on their debit card statement.

Officers were dispatched to a residence on Hoover Circle for a welfare check after a mail carrier reported a resident had not been checking their mail. It was determined the resident was out of town.

A citizen came to the police department to report unauthorized charges on his debit card after his card was denied the night before when he tried to use it.

Officers were dispatched to the office of Wyoming Department of Probation and Parole at 140 Commerce Way to administer a drug test to a probationer on three separate occasions.

Officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of E. Teton to a report of a dog running in traffic. The owner of the dog arrived on scene shortly after the officer and took custody of the dog.

Officers were dispatched to a deer vs. vehicle crash. Leslie Greene, 67 years old of Green River was north bound on Uinta Dr. near Powell St. when he collided with a deer while driving his 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix. Greene’s vehicle received damages to the left headlight area of the car. Officers dispatched the deer on the scene.

Officers conducted a welfare check at a residence on Schultz St.

Officers responded to a hang up 911 call from a church on W. Teton. The call was accidental.

Officers were dispatched to a loud music complaint at a car wash on Uinta Dr. The offending vehicle was gone upon officers arrival.

Officers conducted a citizen assist on Cumorah Dr.

Officers were dispatched to the rear parking lot of a bar on E. Railroad to check on a person passed out on the ground. Officers located and contacted Raymond Maes, 56 of Green River. It was discovered Maes had an outstanding arrest warrant for failing to appear on a charge of driving under suspension from the Circuit Court in Laramie County, Wyoming. Maes was arrested and transported to the Sweetwater County Detention Center where he was booked into jail.
