Lucas James Wells, AKA Lucas M Gladue, age 30, of Green River was arrested on 5/12/10 at 11:27 hours on Commerce Way for Use of Marijuana. Gladue, who is on probation, was arrested after a urine test showed he had tetrahydrocannabinol, THC, in his system. Gladue admitted to smoking marijuana at a party in Green River.

Lisa M Troester, age 31, of Rock Springs, was arrested on 5/12/10 at 14:53 hours on W Flaming Gorge Way on a warrant out of Fremont County. Troester was stopped for a traffic infraction and a check of her driver’s license showed a warrant for Failure to Appear on a charge of Minor Under the Influence of Alcohol.

Joseph E Gamble, age 29, of McKinnon Wyoming, was arrested on 5/12/10 at 16:04 hours on Monroe Ave. Gamble was initially stopped for Speeding and Expired Registration. A driver’s license check showed Gamble to be suspended by California. Gamble was arrested and transported to the Sweetwater County detention center and charged with Driving While Suspended and Expired Registration.

Erik R Bernal, age 24, of Green River was arrested on 5/12/10 at 23:15 hours on Bridger Drive. Bernal was stopped for driving erratically and was asked to perform sobriety maneuvers. Bernal failed to perform the maneuvers successfully and was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. Bernal was transported to the Sweetwater County detention center and a breath test showed he was legally intoxicated.

Officers responded to a report of Harassment on Daniel Boone Drive. The victim reported she was being harassed by her ex-boyfriend. Officers contacted the suspect and issued him a trespass warning for the victim’s residence.

A bicycle was found at Monroe middle School and turned over to the GRPD.
