Clay Levon Allen Jr., age 20, of Green River was arrested on 10/11/12 at 09:28 am on Arizona Street on a warrant out of Municipal Court for Failure to Appear/Contempt of Court on the original charge of Public Intoxication. Allen was contacted at his residence and taken into custody without incident.

A 16 year old female was cited for Driving While Suspended on 10/11/12 at 09:20 am on N Riverbend Drive.

Officers investigated a report of a vehicle Passing a School Bus on North Riverbend Drive. The video camera on the bus was reviewed and suspect was developed. When questioned, the suspect advised he did not remember passing a school bus. A report was forwarded to the city prosecutor for review.

Officers investigated a crash at the Golden Hour Senior Center parking lot when a car driven by John Nelson struck a parked SUV owned by Shirley Terry. No injuries were reported and damage to both vehicles was listed at under $1000 each.

A report of Illegal Dumping was taken on E Teton Blvd when a worker a local business was dumping refuse from the business into dumpsters at Public Works. A report was forwarded the city prosecutor for review.

A Malicious Mischief report was taken on Wilkes Drive when the owner of a Chevrolet pickup truck and a Chevrolet van had the tires punctured while parked at a storage unit on Wilkes Drive. Damage was estimated at over $800. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

Officers assisted Probation and Parole agents by witnessing drug tests for clients on Commerce Way.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Keith Drive with an 81 year old woman who was reportedly malnourished.

Officers assisted Department of Family Services’ personnel with a welfare check of a child on Wilkes Drive; the report was unfounded.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Birch Street with an 83 year old female who fell down a flight of stairs.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Monroe Street with a 24 year old male who had labored breathing and was unresponsive.
