Shalada A Brancho, age 33, of Green River was arrested on 8/31/12 at 1:33 pm on W Flaming Gorge Way for Public Intoxication. Officers were dispatched to a motel regarding a subject removal. Upon arrival they made contact with Brancho; she was determined to be intoxicated and was taken into custody and transported to jail.

Officers investigated a report of Domestic Battery on Trona Drive when the victim advised the ex-boyfriend pushed her and prevented her from leaving his residence. The boyfriend admitted to pushing her and blocking her way when she was leaving his residence. The boyfriend stated he was trying to prevent her from driving after she had been drinking. A report was forwarded to the County Attorneys office for review.

Officers investigated a report of Burglary on Mansface Street when the victim advised someone entered her apartment and stole two cans of Pepsi Cola from her refrigerator.

A report of Criminal Entry was investigated on Cumorah Way when the victim advised his ex-roommate’s ex-girlfriend entered his apartment without his permission. The ex-girlfriend was contacted and she denied going into the apartment.

A Fraud report was taken on Elk Mountain Drive when the victim advised someone made purchases online by using her account. The report has been forwarded to detectives for follow up investigation.

A Larceny report was taken on E Flaming Gorge Way when the victim advised a customer came into his business and took car keys from his desk. The investigation is ongoing at this time.

Wilfred Cordova reported a Hit and Run crash on Iowa Street when an unknown vehicle struck his parked beige Toyota Camry. Damage to the Cordova’s car was estimated at under $1000 and evidence at the scene indicates a red vehicle struck the Cordova car. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

A Malicious Mischief report was taken on Bridger Drive when the reporting party advised someone damaged a fire extinguisher at the apartment complex.

Officers took a report of Suspicious Circumstances on Jefferson Street when the victim advised she received several phone calls from a male with a Middle Eastern accent advising she had won a substantial amount of money and a car. The victim stated she questioned the authenticity of the win the male became belligerent and threatening.

A Disturbing the Peace report was taken on Cumorah Way when adults began arguing over actions of children on their street. A report was forwarded to the City Prosecutor for review.

A Disturbing the Peace warning was issued on North Center Street when an anonymous caller advised dispatch of load music coming from a residence. The resident of the house was contacted and warned on the noise complaint.

A dog bite report was taken on Logan Street when the hospital reported a subject came in for treatment of a dog bite wound. The victim advised she was bitten by her own dog and provided officers with proof of vaccination for her dog.

Officers investigated reports of vehicle Passing School Buses on Hitching Post Drive, on E Teton Blvd and on W Teton Blvd. Two of the drivers were contacted and reports were forwarded to the City Prosecutor for review.

A Trespass warning was issued on Monroe Ave when the victim advised her neighbor had been rude to her family members and she wished he be warned for trespassing at her residence. The neighbor was contacted and warned.

A tandem bicycle was found at Stratton Meyer Park and turned into the Police Department.

Officers took a missing persons report on Cumorah Way when a relative reported he hasn’t heard from his cousin in several days. The reporting party later called back and advised he heard from his cousin and the missing persons report was cancelled.

A Malicious Mischief report was taken on E Flaming Gorge Way when the owner of a black Dodge pickup truck report someone “keyed” his truck.

A Disturbing the Peace warning was issued on Trona Drive when an anonymous party reported loud music coming from an apartment. The renter was contacted and warned of the complaint.

A stray kitten was impounded on Railroad Street.

Officers assisted Rock Springs PD on Pennsylvania Ave by obtaining victim’s information regarding a domestic battery that occurred in Rock Springs.

Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated male sleeping on the street on Railroad Street; the area was check and no one was found.

A Weimaraner dog was impounded on E Teton Blvd at Idaho Street.

A barking dog complaint was taken on E Teton Blvd; the owner could not be contacted and a warning was left at the residence.

An abandoned vehicle was tagged on W Teton Blvd.

Animal Control Officers responded to a report of a badger in a yard on S 4th W. The badger was caught and relocated.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on E Flaming Gorge Way with a 32 year old female having trouble breathing.
