Officers investigated a report of Domestic Battery on Idaho Street. No arrests were made. A report will be forwarded to the County Attorney’s Office to determine if charges are warranted.

A report of a Battery was investigated on Idaho Street when a parent reported his son was assaulted by another juvenile male after getting off a school bus. The investigation is ongoing at this time.

A Fighting in Public report was taken on N 1st E when two male subjects were involved in a physical confrontation resulting in minor injuries to one of the suspects. A report will be forwarded to the County Attorney’s office to determine if charges are warranted.

A report of an Auto Burglary was taken on Hutton Street on 5/6/10. Investigation into the report showed a 15 year old male was responsible for the theft of several items from the vehicle. A search warrant was obtained and several items reported in the Burglary were recovered. No arrest was made and a report has been forwarded to the County Attorney’s office.

Trespass warnings were issued on Uinta Drive and also on Hitching Post Drive. A propane tank was found on W 2nd S. Traffic crashes were investigated on Cumorah Way, on Apache Ave and on Shoshone Ave.
