Charles A Berry, age 26, of Green River was cited for Driving While Suspended on 7/18/12 at 12:26 am on W Teton Blvd. Berry was stopped for an unsecured load violation and a driver’s license check showed his Indiana driver’s license was suspended.

Officers investigated a report of Malicious Mischief on Andrew Street when the victim advised someone put a dent in the driver side door of his silver Dodge Neon. The damage did not appear to be from another vehicle. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

Officers investigated a crash at the Lincoln Middle School parking lot when a car driven by Richard Frazier was struck by a vehicle driven by Debra Beaver. Frazier backed in front of the Beaver car when it was struck. No injuries were reported and Frazier was cited for Inattentive Driving.

A Malicious Mischief report was taken on Virginia Drive when the victim advised that someone wrote on her maroon 1997 Ford Expedition with a permanent marker. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

Officers initiated a welfare check on Keith Drive and the complaint was unfounded.

A welfare check was initiated on Hitching Post Drive when a mother expressed concerns of her son possibly harming himself. The son was located and he just went out for a walk.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Idaho Street with an 88 year old female who needed to go to the hospital for evaluation.

Animal Control Officers responded to a report of a bat on a wall at a business on Bridger Drive; the bat was impounded.

Animal Control Officers responded to a report of a barking dog on W Teton at Cumorah Way. The area was checked and the report was unfounded.

Officers responded to a dog at large report on Iowa Ave when victim advised a large pit bull type dog was getting into garbage cans in the area. The dog returned home and the owner was warned.

Animal Control Officers responded to a report of two dogs at large at Stratton Meyer Park; a border collie was found and impounded.
