Austin D Dimick, age 20 was arrested on 7/18/12 at 02:48 am on E 2nd S for Driving While Intoxicated and Driving While Suspended. Dimick was stopped for driving without headlights and subsequent investigation showed he was intoxicated. Dimick was taken into custody and transported to jail where a breath test showed his blood alcohol concentration was more than three times the legal limit.

Officers investigated a report of Disturbing the Peace on Astle Ave when the victim advised there is a generator running through the night at a local storage unit. The unit owner and leaser could not be contacted at the time of the report.

Officers responded to a domestic battery on Evers Street; there was evidence of a physical altercation between a mother and daughter and they separated for the night.
