Richard S Smith, age 44, of Green River was cited for Driving While Suspended on 7/11/12 at 11:33 am on Crossbow Drive. Smith was stopped for failure to signal a left turn and a driver’s license check showed his license out of Colorado has been suspended.

A 15 year old male was cited for Curfew on 7/12/12 at 12:58 am on N 1st W and W Flaming Gorge Way. The juvenile was later released to his parent.

A Trespass warning was issued on Trona Drive at the request of the landowner for his stepdaughter and her boyfriend. The couple were located and given the warning.

Animal Control Officers took a report of a vicious animal on Andrews Street when the owner of a Golden retriever advised the neighbors German Sheppard jump over his fence and attacked his dog. The owner was contacted and advised.

Animal Control Officers responded to a dog at large complaint on E 3rd N; a Boston terrier was impounded.

Officers assisted Department of Family Services’ personnel with a welfare check on Daniel Boone Drive.

Officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute on Trona Drive; husband and wife were arguing over the use of a cell phone. Verbal only no physical altercation occurred and the wife left the residence.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Cumorah Way with a 19 year old male having a panic attack.

Animal Control Officers responded to a Corgi type dog at large on E 4th S; the dog returned home prior to officers arriving on scene.
