Chad A Dockter, age 26, of Green River was arrested on 6/20/12 at 11:20 hours on Uinta Drive on a warrant out of Circuit Court for violation of his bond conditions on the original charge of Possession of Methamphetamine. An officer observed Dockter on Uinta Drive and was aware of the arrest warrant. The officer confirmed the warrant through dispatch and Dockter was taken into custody and transported to jail.
Salvador Perez-Martinez, age 24, of Rock Springs Wyoming, was arrested on 6/21/12 at 01:47 hours on W Railroad Street for Driving While Intoxicated. Martinez was stopped for a lane use violation and subsequent investigation showed he was intoxicated. Martinez was taken into custody and transported to jail.
Officers were dispatched to Cedar Street regarding a Domestic Battery that occurred earlier on Daniel Boone Drive. The victim advised she was head butted by her husband and knocked unconscious. Officers interviewed her husband and he advised the argument was verbal and not physical. Officers documented her injuries and a report was forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review.
Officers investigated a crash on Uinta Drive when a semi tractor and trailer, driven by Dianne Jennings, struck a street sign on the median of the Hwy 530 overpass. Damage to the truck was estimated at over $1000 and Jennings was cited for Careless Driving. No injuries were reported.
Officers investigated a crash on N 2nd E when a car driven by Colleen Murphy struck a parked car owned by Sharon Pindell. Damage to both cars was estimated at under $1000 each and no injuries were reported.
Officers took a report of a barking dog on Wisconsin Street; the dog’s owners could not be contacted at that time.
A report of a domestic dispute was investigated on N 2nd W; husband and wife were arguing over the discipline of a child. No physical altercation occurred only verbal in nature.
Animal Control Officers responded to a report of a skunk in a trap on Evans Street.
Officers responded to a 911 hang up call on Indian Hills Drive; the call was accidental.
Animal Control Officers responded to a dog at large complaint on Virginia Drive; three dogs were located and the owner’s were warned.
A Shitzu type dog was found on South Carolina Drive and turned in at the Animal Control Shelter.
Officers assisted Probation and Parole agents by witnessing drug test for clients on Commerce Way.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Uinta Drive with a male having difficulty breathing.
Animal Control Officers responded to a dog at large complaint on Hitching Post Drive; a Jack Russell Terrier and a Husky were impounded.
