Byron Tucker, age 47, of Green River was arrested on 6/09/12 at 12:51 am on E Flaming Gorge Way for Aggravated Assault. Officers were dispatched to the Wild Horse Bar regarding a man being stabbed in the neck. Subsequent investigation showed Tucker struck another man on the neck with a broken beer bottle cutting the man’s neck.

Nicholas A Montgomery, age 26, of Green River was arrested on 6/10/12 at 01:20 hours on Uinta Drive at Astle Ave for Driving While Intoxicated. Montgomery was stopped for driving without headlights and further investigation showed he was intoxicated. A search warrant was secured for a blood draw to determine his blood alcohol concentration after he refused to provide an adequate breath sample and refused to sign a consent form. Montgomery was then transported to jail.

Megan M Hummel, age 23, of Green River was arrested on 6/9/12 at 11:26 pm on W Flaming Gorge Way for Domestic Battery. Officers were dispatched to the Visitor Center regarding a Domestic Battery and subsequent investigation showed Hummel punched her husband on the face twice causing him injuries. She was taken into custody and transported to jail.

Adam H Monsen, age 25, of Green River was arrested on 6/8/12 at 11:01 pm on W Teton Blvd for Driving While Intoxicated. Monsen was stopped for speeding and lane use and further investigation showed he was intoxicated. Monsen was taken into custody and transported to jail where a breath test showed his blood alcohol concentration at over triple the legal limit.

Michael W Muije, age 51 of Green River was arrested on 6/8/12 at 03:53 pm on Commerce Way on a warrant out of Circuit Court for a violation of Bond Conditions on the original charge of Driving While Intoxicated. Officers were dispatched to Adult Probation and Parole regarding a client there who had an outstanding arrest warrant. Muije was contacted and taken, taken into custody and transported to jail.

Jeffrey T Clayton Jr., age 19, of Green River was arrested on 6/10/12 at 10:15 hours on W Flaming Gorge Way on a warrant out of Municipal Court for Contempt of Court on the original charge of Shoplifting. Clayton was stopped for a registration violation and subsequent investigation showed the outstanding warrant for his arrest.

Officers investigated a report of Careless Driving on Uinta Drive when the victim advised the driver of a pickup truck spun his tires causing rocks to be kicked up damaging the paint on her vehicle.

Officers took a report of Malicious Mischief on Monroe Ave when the owner of a maroon Toyota pickup truck reported someone “keyed” his truck causing damage to the paint on his truck.

Officers took a report of Malicious Mischief on Georgia Way when the owner of a white GMC pickup truck reported someone shot the windshield on his truck with a BB gun casing $200 in damage.

Officers took a report of an attempted Fraud on E Teton Blvd when the victim advised he received a call from a male from Jamaica stating he had a check for him for $250,000. The victim realized it was a scam and hung up the phone.

Officers assisted Department of Family Services personnel with a welfare check on Bridger Drive regarding the neglect of a 2 year old child; the report was unfounded by DFS.

Officers investigated a crash on Monroe Ave when a pickup truck driven by Corey Gerken struck the rear of a parked pickup truck owned by Ricky Bybee. Damage to both trucks was estimated at over $1000 each and no injuries were reported. Gerken was cited for Improper Lane Use.

Officers investigated a report of a suicidal subject on Bridger Drive when the reporting party advised her boyfriend put a gun to his face on 6/9/12 at 04:18 am and threatened to shoot himself. The male was contacted later that morning and advised he was suffering from depression and had taken prescribed medication that caused him severe anxiety. He advised he has since given the gun to his mother and he is not a danger to himself.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on South Carolina Street regarding a subject suffering from chest pains.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on S 3rd E with a male suffering from facial burns.

Animal Control Officers responded to a complaint of too many dogs on S Wagonwheel Drive; the owner advised she was dog sitting for a friend and not all of them belonged to her.

Officers from the GRPD assigned to the Sweetwater County Bomb Squad assisted Uinta County authorities with a report of found dynamite and caps on a ranch in Uinta County.

Animal Control Officers responded to a report of a rattle snake on Elk Mountain Drive; officers were unable to locate the snake.

Officers responded to Scotts Bottom Road with a report of cattle loose in the area; the owner’s were contacted and made arrangement to have the cattle moved.

Animal Control Officers responded to a report of a cat in a trap on Wilson Street; the cat was impounded.

Officers responded to a report of a verbal domestic dispute on N 1st W Street; no injuries were reported.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on E Flaming Gorge Way with a 76 year old male having trouble breathing.

Animal Control Officers impounded two dogs on W Teton Blvd that were reported to be at large.
