Amber D Schmid, age 33, of Green River was cited for Driving While Suspended and Inattentive Driving on 4/12/12 at 11:47 hours on Uinta Drive. Officers were dispatched to a minor crash in the parking lot of the Silver Scissors Hair Salon. During the course of the investigation officers learned Schmid had backed her vehicle into another car causing minor damage. Schmid was identified and contacted regarding the crash and she admitted to the crash.

Tommie L Moltzan, age 54, of Green River was cited for disturbing the Peace on 4/12/12/ at 23:08 hours on Knotty Pine Street. Officers were aware of previous complaints of loud music and that Moltzan was given a prior warning. Moltzan was cited into Municipal Court for the violation.
A Burglary report was taken on N 3rd W when the victim advised someone force their way into her business and stole an undisclosed amount of property. The victim told officers she could not be specific as to what was taken at this time but would provide an itemized list when she inventoried her shop. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
Officers investigated a report of Hit and Run crash at the GRHS parking lot when a pickup truck driven by a 16 year old female backed into a car driven by a 16 year old female. A witness at the scene advised the pickup drove off without stopping. The drivers were later located and the information for the report was gathered.
Officers investigated a crash on North Center Street when a car driven by Kerry Shaw backed into a car driven by Robert Lindroos. Damage to the Lindros car was estimated at over $1000 and under $1000 to the Shaw car. No injuries were reported.
Suspicious circumstances were reported on E Teton Blvd when the victim advised she received a threatening phone call from another woman stating she would harm the victim if she didn’t stop having an affair with the suspect’s husband. The victim stated she does not know who the suspect is and has no idea what she was talking about.
Accidental damage was reported on Firehole Place when the victim advised his vehicles bumper was struck by an unknown vehicle while parked at either the Pamida store parking lot or the Smith’s store parking lot in the past few days.
Officers investigated a report of suspicious circumstances on Logan Street when the reporting party advised she notice a yellow passenger car parked near Logan Street Park. The suspect left the area hurriedly when the reporting approached the car.
A verbal domestic dispute was reported on Uinta Drive; there was no report of a physical altercation and no signs of injury.

Officers responded to a report of Disturbing the Peace on Wilkes Drive regarding a vehicle playing loud music; the truck was gone when police arrived.
A suspicious vehicle was reported at Stratton Meyer Park; officers contacted the occupants and they were students talking before going to school.
A report of a reckless driver was taken on W Flaming Gorge Way when the reporting party advised he was cut off by a vehicle with Utah plates and it continued west bound onto I 80. The Highway Patrol was notified.
An animal problem was reported at the Municipal corrals regarding one horse attacking another horse in the same corral. The owner was notified.
A business alarm was investigated on Hitching Post Drive and it was determined the alarm sounded because of the weather.
