David A Phillips, age 29, of Green River was arrested on 4/7/12 at 23:14 hours on Riverview Drive for Driving While Suspended, Attempting to Elude Police, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Officers attempted to stop Phillips for a turn signal violation and he refused to pull over and after a short chase Phillips did heed to police lights and siren. Subsequent investigation showed Phillips license was suspended and he had a pipe used to smoke controlled substances in his possession.
Robert Cathcart, age 25, of Green River was arrested on 4/6/12 at 12:36 hours on W Flaming Gorge Way on a warrant out of Circuit Court for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Possession of Methamphetamine. Cathcart was located at a local hotel and taken into custody without incident.
Richard L Craghead, age 54, of Green River was cited for Driving While Suspended on 4/6/12 at 10:37 hours on S 4th E. Craghead was stopped for a cell phone violation and a driver’s license check showed his license to be suspended.
A report of Aggravated Assault and Battery was investigated on Trona Drive when the victim’s were attacked by two other males on Trona Drive. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
A report of suspicious circumstances was taken on Windriver Drive when the victim advised she found flammable materials on the manifold of her truck.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Windriver Drive with a 50 year old female who has fallen and injured her shoulder.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Logan Street with an 81 year old male who possibly broke his foot.
