Cassidy C Forrester, age 27, of Green River was arrested on 3/7/12 at 00:47 hours on Logan Street at the intersection of Schultz Street. Forrester was contacted when an officer observed a suspicious person walking away from a parked unoccupied car. Forrester agrees to a consensual stop and talk and a check showed an outstanding warrant for Forrester’s arrest for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Driving While Suspended.
Dewayne L Herren, age 35, of Green River was arrested on 3/8/12 at 00:11 hours on Riverview Drive for Driving While Intoxicated. Herren was first contacted for illegally parking in the middle of the roadway. Herren advised officers he was arguing with his passenger and subsequent investigation showed Herren to be intoxicated. Herren was taken into custody and transported to jail. A breath showed Herren’s blood alcohol level at over double the legal limit.
A Domestic Battery report was investigated on Trail Street when two brothers got into an argument that became physical. One of the brothers was transported to the hospital by ambulance. Neither brother wished to prefer charges and a report was forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review.
A Domestic Battery was investigated on W 3rd S when a mother and son became argumentative and then became physical. Both parties calmed down and a report was forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review.
Officers were dispatched to a complaint of a man feeding deer on Stephens Street. The suspect was contacted and he advised he was feeding birds. A report was forwarded to the City Prosecutor for review.
A Trespass warning was issued on E flaming Gorge Way when a female was contacted by the motel manager for knocking on motel doors at 02:30 hours in the morning. The female was contacted by police and issued a trespass warning at the request of the manager.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Church View drive with a 92 year old male suffering from chest pains.
Animal Control Officers responded to a complaint of three dogs on Medicine Bow Drive acting aggressively. Two of the three dogs were located and taken to the pound.
Officers assisted Probation and Parole agents by witnessing drug tests administered to clients
