An eye witness to the accident aided officers in identifying Nathan Surbeck, 18 years old of Green River was the driver of 1993 Chevrolet Suburban that collided with a parked car while exiting a parking space in the parking lot. Surbeck received citations for Inattentive Driving and Hit and Run into Green River Municipal Court.

Melanie Jones, 43 of Green River was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol after she was stopped for speeding through the school zone on W. Flaming Gorge. Jones was transported to the Sweetwater County Detention Center and booked into jail.
Charles Berry, 25 of Green River was arrested for Driving Under Suspension after officers learned Berry’s license was suspended after stopping Berry for failing to maintain a single lane of travel on Uinta Drive. Berry was transported to the Sweetwater County Detention Center and booked into jail.
