Two ten year old males were detained for Shoplifting on 2/23/12 at 14:48 hours on Uinta Drive. Their parents were contacted and the juveniles were released to them.
A Larceny report was taken on E 4th S when the victim advised his ex-girlfriend vandalized his residence and stole an I Pad. The suspect was not contacted at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
Officers took a report of an attempted Fraud on N 3rd W when the victim advised she is receiving threatening telephone calls from a male with a Middle Eastern accent threatening to have her arrested for nonpayment of a pay day loan.
Suspicious Circumstances were observed on Colorado Drive when an officer observed a male and a female attempting to gain entry in to a residence. When question they advised they were from a company that did home inspections. Officers attempted to verify their story but were unable to contact the sales agent for the home at that time.
A Fraud report was taken on Uinta Drive when the victim advised someone used her debit card account to make unauthorized purchases. An investigation into the matter has been opened.
A report of a vehicle Passing a School Bus that had its stop sign out and flashing lights on was taken on Hitching Post Drive. The bus driver and the suspect were contacted and a report has been forwarded to the City Prosecutor for review.
Officers assisted Probation and Parole agents on Commerce Way by witnessing a drug test on a client.
Officers assisted Sweetwater County Sheriff Deputy with an arrest on McKinley Street on 2/23/12 at 18:20 hours.
