Thera Siler, age 32, of Green River was arrested on 2/6/12 at 20:53 hours on S 5th E for Public Intoxication. Siler was contacted on S 5th E at E 4th S after officers were dispatched to a residence for a domestic disturbance on E 4th S. Siler had fallen on the sidewalk while running from the residence on E 4th S. Officer tried to talk with Siler but she was uncooperative and she was then arrested and transported to jail.
Antonio Kelly, age 23, of Green River was arrested on 2/6/12 at 06:02 hours on Bridger Drive for Property Destruction and Criminal Entry. Kelly broke a window at his sister apartment and tried to gain entry. When questioned Kelly admitted to breaking the window in an attempt to gain access into his sisters apartment.
A report of Domestic Battery was investigated on Cumorah Way when a 16 year old male stated his father had punched him several times on the face. The officers interviewed the victim and the suspect, photographed both parties and the residence. The officer’s report indicated there were no signs of physical violence and the victim had no apparent injuries. A report was forwarded to the County Attorney for review.
Officers investigated a report of Larceny on Wilkes Drive when the victim advised someone had stole a package that was left on his front step after it was delivered by UPS.
A Fraud report was taken on e 2nd N when the victim advised he received a letter in the mail from Spain informing him he won a lottery. The letter stated for 5 % of the winning the author would help with the protocol for collecting the money. The victim realized the letter was a scam and he notified police.
Detectives assisted San Bernardino Sheriff’s Detectives with an attempt to locate a person who was reported missing from that jurisdiction. The subject they thought to be the missing person in our area was interviewed and was determined not to be the subject San Bernardino was looking for and they were contacted and informed of the situation.
A verbal domestic dispute was reported on E Flaming Gorge Way. Officers talked with the parties involved and there were no signs of a physical altercation.
A juvenile problem was reported on Anvil Drive.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on E Flaming Gorge Way with individual who may be suffering from frost bite.
Officers assisted Probation and Parole agents by witnessing a drug tests on Commerce Way.
