Aaron Quick, age 19, of Green River, was arrested on 1/29/12 at 12:26 hours on Trona Drive for Driving While Suspended and Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign. Quick was stopped for a stop sign violation and a driver’s license check showed his license was suspended. Quick was taken into custody and transported to jail.
Casey Greene, age 35, of Green River was arrested on 1/29/12, at 08:29 hours on Iowa Circle on a warrant out of Municipal Court for Contempt of Court Failure to Appear on the original charge of Animal at Large. Officers were made aware of a warrant for Greene and he was located at his residence, taken into custody and transported to jail.
Stacy C Robinson, age 41, of Weiser Idaho was cited for Driving While Suspended on 1/28/12 at 17:46 hours on Andrews Street. Robinson was stopped for an equipment violation and subsequent investigation showed his license was suspended.
Russell Siegismund, age 27, of Green River was cited for Driving While Suspended on 1/27/12 at 15:08 hours on W Flaming Gorge Way. Siegismund was stopped for a Cell Phone violation and subsequent investigation showed his driver’s license was suspended.
Officers responded to an ambulance assist on Trona Drive for 18 year old female having a seizure. Subsequent investigation revealed the female had consumed alcoholic beverages provided to her by an adult having a party at the residence. A report of Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor and Underage Consumption was forwarded to the City Attorney for review.
Officers investigated a report of a Domestic Battery on Iowa Circle when the victim advised she was strangled by her husband during a physical fight. The victim stated her husband left the residence and the area was searched by police and he could not be located. The scene and the victim’s injuries were documented by police and a report has been forwarded to the County Attorney for review.
A Fraud by Check report was taken on Spring View Drive when the victim reported the suspect paid for the rent of a storage unit with a check from an account that was closed. The suspect has since moved from the area and the investigation is ongoing at this time.
Officers took a report of a car versus dog crash on Uinta Drive when a vehicle driven by Rikki Shantz struck a black dog that was on the roadway.
Officers investigated a crash on Upland Way at Nevada Place when a pickup truck driven by a 16 year old male struck a parked truck owned by Jeff Kordus. Damage to both pickup trucks was estimated at over $1000 each. No injuries were reported and the 16 year old male was cited for Inattentive Driving.
Officers investigated a crash on Uinta Drive at Nolan Street when a car driven by Russell Smalstig struck a pickup truck driven by Sean Birch. Damage to both vehicles was estimated at under $1000 each and no injuries were reported.
Officers investigated a crash on E 5th S when a truck driven by Thomas Anderson backed into a parked car owned by Lawrence Lowell. Minor damage was reported to both vehicles, under $1000 each and no injuries were reported.
Officers investigated a crash on E Teton Blvd when a pickup truck driven by Thomas Royal backed into a vehicle driven by Christie Montgomery. Damage to the Montgomery vehicle was estimated at over $1000 and under $1000 to the pickup truck driven by Royal. No injuries were reported and Royal was cited for Inattentive Driving.
A Malicious mischief report was taken on W Teton Blvd when some removed a mailbox from its post and also stole a for sale sign from his front lawn. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.
Officers took a report of Malicious Mischief on Hitching Post Drive when the victim reported someone had “keyed” his green 1995 Jeep Cherokee causing an estimated $500 in damage. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.
A verbal domestic dispute was reported on Nolan Street when a husband and wife got into a verbal dispute at Club 86.
