Denna Bernal, age 36, of Green River was arrested on 1/11/12 at 19:31 hours on Bridger Drive on a warrant out of Circuit Court for Failure to Pay Fines on the original charges of Driving While Suspended and Battery.
Jesus Aguilar, age 28, of Green River was cited for Possession of Marijuana and No Insurance on 1/11/12 at 23:17 hours on Uinta Drive. Aguilar was stopped for an equipment violation and subsequent investigation showed he was in possession of marijuana and had no proof of insurance.
A 14 year old male was cited for Shoplifting on Uinta Drive on 1/11/12 at 16:10 hours.
A 16 year old female was cited for Possession of Liquor on 1/11/12 at 11:49 hours at the GRHS.
Officers investigated a crash at the NAPA Store parking lot when a pickup truck driven by James Dynes backed into a parked pickup truck owned by Burnnet’s Auto Parts. Damage to both vehicles was estimated at under $1000 each and no injuries were reported.
Officers assisted Department of Family Services’ personnel with a welfare check on Uinta Drive on 1/11/12 at 11:04 hours.
