Jared R Miller, age 26, of Rock Springs was arrested on 1/6/11 at 13:58 hours on E 2nd N on an Arrest and Hold Order from Probation and Parole for violation of his probation on the original charge of Unlawful Skimming of Credit Cards. Miller came into the Police Department and advised officers he had an Arrest and Hold Order from Probation and Parole and wanted to turn himself in to police. The order was confirmed and he was taken into custody and transported to jail.
Charles M Rogillio, age 52, of Green River was arrested on 1/7/12 at 01:29 hours on Bridger Drive for Public Intoxication. Officers were called to the Bridger Loaf and Jug regarding a suspicious person and later learned Rogillio was harassing the clerk at the store and was intoxicated. Rogillio was contacted earlier that morning and left after talking to the police. Rogillio returned to the store and made the clerk nervous and refused to leave so the clerk again contacted police and Rogillio was taken into custody and given a Trespass warning for the store.
Arturo A Roque, age 29, of Green River was cited for Driving While Suspended on 1/8/12 at 12:19 hours on E 4th S. Roque was stopped for a cell phone violation and a driver’s license check showed his license was suspended.
A 15 year old male was cited for Possession of Marijuana on 1/6/12 at 16:25 hours on Scott’s Bottom Rd. The juvenile was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for an equipment violation and subsequent investigation revealed the 15 year old had marijuana in his possession. The juvenile was taken into custody and later released to his parent.
A 15 year old female was cited for Underage Consumption of Alcohol on 1/6/12 at 20:29 hours the GRHS. The juvenile was taken into custody and later released to her parent.
A report of Property Destruction was taken on Pennsylvania Blvd when the victim advised his ex-girlfriend’s ex-husband disposed of his property without his permission.
A Missing Person report was taken on 1/7/12 at 19:33 hours when the stepfather of a 22 year old female, Elizabeth Legerski, wanted a report filed. The stepfather advised his daughter has been involved with drugs in the past and he believes her to be in the company of two male subjects. An attempt to locate for welfare check was sent out to Utah, Colorado and Wyoming on the missing female. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
