Colton S Martinez, age 20, of Green River was arrested on 1/03/12 at 16:10 hours on E 3rd N on a warrant out of Municipal Court for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Underage Consumption and Obstructing a Court Order. Martinez was located at his residence and taken into custody without incident.

Officers investigated a report of Fraud on E 2nd N when the victim advised someone stole three checks from his check book and over drew his account for the sum of over $900. The investigation is ongoing in this case.

A Threats report was taken on Wilson Street when the victim advised she and another female was threatened by a third female over visitation rights. A trespass warning was issued at the request of the trailer court manager.

A report of a deer versus vehicle crash was taken on Uinta Drive at Shoshone Ave when a car driven by Michael Curtis struck a deer on the roadway. Damage to the Curtis vehicle was estimated at $1000.

A suitcase was found on Uinta Drive and turned over to the GRPD.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Apache Ave with a 21 year old female who took an over dose of Ibuprofen.

Officers assisted Probation and Parole agents by witnessing a drug test on Commerce Way.
