Keith Richard Edwards, age 48, of Green River was arrested on 1/3/12 at 01:04 hours on W 2nd N for Driving While Intoxicated. Edwards was stopped for a lane use violation and subsequent investigation determined he was intoxicated. Edwards refused to take a breath test to determine his blood alcohol concentration and a search warrant was obtained and his blood was drawn at Sweetwater Memorial Hospital by court order. Edwards was then transported to jail.

Cody N Ungaro, age 20, of Green River was arrested on 1/01/12 at 03:28 hours on Uinta Drive for Driving While Intoxicated. Ungaro was stopped for a lane use violation and subsequent investigation determined he was intoxicated. Ungaro was taken into custody and transported to jail.

Michael Edgmon, age 23, of Green River was arrested on 1/01/12 at 01:32 hours on Uinta Drive for Driving While Intoxicated. Officers received an Attempt to Locate on a black Chevrolet pickup truck from the Rock Springs PD that had been involved in an accident in their city. Officers located the truck and during the investigation it was determined the driver, Edgmon, was intoxicated. He was taken into custody and a breath test showed his blood alcohol concentration over double the legal limit.

Cama L Clark, age 45, of Green River was arrested on 12/31/11 at 00:27 hours on E Flaming Gorge Way for Driving While Intoxicated. Clark was stopped for a lane use violation and subsequent investigation showed she was intoxicated. Clark was taken into custody and transported to jail.

A 16 year old male and a 15 year old male were cited for Shoplifting on 12/30/11 at 16:07 hours on Bridger Drive. The two suspects stole 3 bottles of Delsym cough medicine that were later recovered by officers. The juveniles’ parents were contacted and the juveniles were cited with their parents present.

Officers responded to an ambulance assist on Uinta Drive for an intoxicated female who had fallen. When officers arrived they witnessed a male outside of Clearview Lanes urinating. While attending to the female it was learned the male, Thomas L Brown, was the female who had fallen boyfriend. Brown, who was also intoxicated, began to interfere with officers and ambulance personnel attending to his girlfriend. Brown was arrested and placed in a patrol car and he became unresponsive. He was also transported to Memorial Hospital and a report was forwarded to the City Attorney for review.

A Battery report was investigated on Cumorah Way when a male and female got into an argument which turned physical. The combatants are not in a relationship and officers documented the injuries to both parties and the report has been forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review.


Cody Allen Jr., age 19, of Green River was cited for Underage Possession of Alcohol and Underage Consumption of Alcohol on 1/1/12/at 03:28 hours on Uinta Drive. Allen was a passenger in a truck in which the driver was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. Subsequent investigation showed Allen was intoxicated and in possession of alcoholic beverages.

A 15 year old male was cited for Curfew on 12/31/11 at 01:08 hours on Faith Drive.

A report of an Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle was taken on E 4th S when Clyde L Siler advised he lent his 2006 blue Dodge Dakota pickup truck to a friend, Amanda M Robinson and she has not returned the truck. Efforts by Siler and the police to contact Robinson by phone were unsuccessful and voice mail messages have been left on the phone.

Officers investigated a crash at the Exxon Get N Go gas pumps when Roger Robles got out of his pickup truck while it was in reverse and the truck drove into a concrete pole and then into a sheet metal housing protecting the gas pumps. Damage to the Robles’ truck was estimated at under $1000 and the damage to the Get N Go property was not listed on the report.

Officers investigated a crash on W 2nd S when a pickup truck driven by Pat Sanchez struck the rear of a car driven by James Rogers. No damage was reported to either vehicle and Rogers was transported to Memorial Hospital by ambulance.

A Larceny report was taken on Uinta Drive when the driver of a silver 2004 Toyota SUV pumped $20 in fuel and left without paying.

A Larceny report was taken on Upland Way when the victim advised someone took her wallet and its contents from her residence while she was sleeping. Suspects have been identified and the investigation is ongoing at this time.

Accidental damage was reported on Uinta Drive when a sculpture was blown over by the wind.

A Disturbing the Peace warning was issued on E Teton Blvd.

A verbal domestic dispute was reported on N 3rd E when a boyfriend and girlfriend got into argument; both parties were intoxicated.
