Jacob D Stewart, age 30, of Green River, was arrested on 12/17/11 at 02:31 hours on Barnhart Street for Lane Use, Driving While Intoxicated and No Insurance. Stewart was stopped for a lane use violation and subsequent investigation showed he was intoxicated. Stewart was taken into custody and transported to jail.
Steven M Leasor, age 30, of Green River was arrested on 12/17/11 at 01:10 hours on E Railroad Ave for Domestic Battery. Officers responded to a report of an assault at the Embassy Tavern. The investigation showed Leasor had assaulted his wife on the street in front of the bar. Witness statements advised Leasor struck his wife several times with a closed fist. Leasor was contacted, taken into custody and transported to jail.
Ryan M Flaten, age 21, of Rock Springs, was cited on 12/18/11 at 13:22 hours on E Railroad Ave for Driving While Suspended. Flaten was stopped for a registration violation and a driver’s license check showed him to be suspended.
Sarah R Hoch, age 32, of Rock Springs was cited for Driving While Suspended on 12/16/11 at 15:10 hours on E Teton Blvd. Hoch was stopped for speeding and a driver’s license check showed her to be suspended.
A 14 year old male and a 15 year old male were cited for Use of Marijuana on 12/15/11 at 08:50 hours on Hitching Post Drive.
An Assault report was taken on 12/17/11 at 21:30 hours on Nolan Street when the victim advised he was punched on the face by a suspect he only knew as Rudy. The investigation is ongoing.
A Burglary report was taken on Tennessee Drive when the victim reported a small lock box was taken from a safe in his residence. The lock box contained prescription medication and the investigation is ongoing.
Suspicious Circumstances were reported on S Wagonwheel Drive when the reporting party advised two men came to her door wanting to access her back yard to look at a transformer in her neighbor’s yard. She told them to wait for a few minutes and when she returned the men were gone. She checked with the power company and no work order was issued for that area.
A verbal domestic dispute was reported on Easy Street.
Officers investigated a traffic crash at Tollgate Station when a truck driven by Alexander Bolar Jr. struck a light fixture at the gas pumps causing over $1500 in damages. No injuries were reported.
A Malicious Mischief report was taken on W 4th N when an unknown person shot out a window at the LDS church with a bb gun causing an estimated $200 in damages.
A Malicious Mischief report was taken at the Smith Store parking lot when the victim reported someone “keyed” his truck causing an estimated $500 in damages.
A runaway was reported on Conestoga Drive and later located on Daniel Boone Drive. A Youth home placement was authorized by the County Attorney’s office and the youth was taken into custody and transported to the youth home.
David Carrillo reported losing his license plate, 4-41517, on 12/17/11at an unknown time and location.
A report of Interference with Custody report was taken on N 2nd E when a mother refused to let her children go with their father for visitation.
A Dog at Large complaint was taken on Hitching Post Drive and a small white dog was impounded.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel at the GRHS with a 17 year old male who dislocated his knee during a basketball game.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on W Teton Blvd with a 38 year old male who was suffering from abdominal pains and was vomiting.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Trail Drive with a 74 year old male suffering from stomach ulcers.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Church View Drive with an 88 year old female suffering with hemorrhoids.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on E 2nd S with a 53 year old female suffering from symptoms of a heart attack.
