Michael F J Switala, age 41, of Green River was arrested on 12/14/11 at 00:10 hours on E Flaming Gorge Way for Trespass and Public Intoxication. Officers were dispatched to The Mast Lounge regarding a subject trespassing. Upon arrival officers made contact with the manager of the bar and she advised Switala was in the bar and he was given a trespass warning back in April of this year. Switala was escorted from the bar and he tried to walk away from the officer and was very intoxicated. Switala was taken into custody and transported to jail.

A 17 year old male was arrested on 12/13/11 at 16:00 hours on Colorado Drive for Assault.

Garret J Hess, age 21, of Green River was cited for Disturbing the Peace on 12/13/11 at 23:27 hours on Riverview Drive. Hess was issued a previous warning on another occasion this year.

Officers investigated a report of Child Neglect on Monroe Ave and a 1 year old child was taken into protective custody.

A report of Child Abuse was investigated on Wyoming Drive when a passerby advised she witnessed a teenage male being assaulted by another man. The investigation showed a father was disciplining his son and there was no sign of physical abuse.

Officers issued a Disturbing the Peace warning on Knotty Pine Street on 12/13/11 at 23:39 hours.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on South Carolina Circle with a 64 year female suffering with a broken elbow.

Officers assisted Probation and Parole agents by witnessing a drug test on Commerce Way.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Wilderness Trail with a subject suffering from a head injury.

Nuisance Animals were reported on Riverview Drive and on Colorado Drive.
