Daveon S Gibson, age 19, of Rock Springs was arrested on 12/10/11 at 23:24 hours on Jensen Street on a warrant out of Circuit Court for Public Intoxication. Gibson’s vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation and a driver’s license check showed an active arrest warrant for Gibson. He was taken into custody and transported to jail.

Arturo A Roque, age 28, of Green River was arrested on 12/10/11 at 16:41 hours on E Flaming Gorge Way for Driving While Suspended. Roque was stopped for a registration violation and driver’s license check showed his license to be suspended. Roque was taken into custody and transported to jail.

Jesus R Hernadezrios, age 23, of Green River was arrested on 12/10/11 at 02:06 hours on Logan Street for Driving While Intoxicated. Hernadezrios was stopped for speeding and subsequent investigation showed he was too intoxicated to drive a motor vehicle safely. He was taken into custody and transported to jail and a breath test showed his blood alcohol content was over double the legal limit.

Arnold D Barboan, age 24, of Gallup New Mexico was arrested on 12/10/11 at 01:25 hours on E Flaming Gorge Way for Driving While Intoxicated. Barboan was stopped for speeding and subsequent investigation showed he was too intoxicated to drive a motor vehicle safely. Barboan was transported to jail and a breath test showed his blood alcohol concentration was over the legal limit to drive.

Chastity L Vensor, age 24, of Rock Springs was cited for Driving While Suspended and No Insurance on 12/10/11 at 16:06 hours on E Teton Blvd. Vensor was stopped for a registration violation and a driver’s license check showed her license to be suspended. Vensor could not provide proof of liability insurance at the time of the stop.

Officers were dispatched to a report of an accident on Alabama Street in which a male 64 year old male subject was pinned below a flatbed trailer. The subject was removed from beneath the trailer and pronounced dead at the scene. An autopsy will be performed by the coroner’s office to determine cause and manor of death.

Officers investigated a report of a Battery at the Mast Lounge when a female patron struck a female dancer when the patron thought the dancer was kissing her husband on the neck. The dancer advised she was retrieving a dollar bill from the patron’s husband’s shirt. The report was forwarded to the County Attorney for review.

Juan A Perez reported a Hit and Run crash at the Clearview Bowling Lanes parking lot when an unknown vehicle struck the rear of his gray Volkswagen Passat causing over $1000 in damage.


A report of a minor male attempting to purchase alcohol was taken on Flaming Gorge Way when the male presented a false ID to the bartender. When question about the ID the male fled the bar leaving the ID behind.

A Malicious Mischief report was taken on Crossbow Drive when two juvenile males were reported to have vandalized sign at Green Rock Village.

A report of an attempted fraud was taken on Arizona Street the owner of a local business received a letter from a collection agency attempting to collect over $800 that the local business man never owed. Subsequent investigation showed the letter to be bogus.

A 15 year old female was arrested on 12/11/11 at 02:10 hours on Cumorah Way for being a Juvenile Runaway, Minor Under the Influence of Alcohol and A CHINS Petition. The arrest and hold was authorized by the County Attorney’s office.

A Utah driver’s license belonging to Ri Ann D Sevy was found on Flaming Gorge Way.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Crossbow Drive with a 61 year old female having a stroke.
