A 17 year old male was cited for Shoplifting on 12/3/11 at 14:30 hours on Uinta Drive.
An Assault report was reported on E 4th S when the victim reported he was pushed from a porch by the suspect.
A Fraud report was taken on Wilkes Drive when an unauthorized bank transfer of over $15,000 was made from one account to another and the money was reportedly sent to Nigeria. The case is under investigation.
An attempted Fraud report was taken on Wyoming Drive when citizen advised he received a phone call advising he won 2.5 million dollars from a Mega Millions Sweepstake he did not enter. The letter he later received advised he had to send in $1250 to collect his winnings.
Officers investigated a Larceny report on Uinta Drive when a male driving an older silver passenger car pumped $40 in gas and left without paying.
A traffic crash was investigated at W 3rd S when pickup truck owned by William Hymas rolled into a residence. Damage to the pickup truck was estimated at over $1000. Damage to the residence is unknown at this time. No injuries were reported
Officers investigated a Hit and Run crash on Upland Way when a vehicle slid off the road and struck a chain link fence at 2100 Mississippi Street. Officers were unable to contact the property owner and the suspect vehicle has not been identified.
Officer investigated a crash on Uinta Drive when a 17 year old female struck the rear of a car driven by Esther Castillon. Damage to the Castillon car was estimated at over $1000 and under $1000 to the Jeep driven by the 17 year old. No injuries were reported.
Officers investigated a crash on Logan Street when a 17 year old female lost control of the car she was driving and struck a retaining was wall causing over a $1000 to the car she was driving. Damage to the retaining wall is unknown at the time of the report. No injuries were reported.
Officers investigated a traffic crash on Upland Way when a truck driven by a 17 year old male struck the rear of a car driven by Connette Cooper. Damage to the Cooper car was estimated at over $1000 and under $1000 to the truck driven by the 17 year old. No injuries were reported and the 17 year old was cited for Inattentive Driving.
A Malicious Mischief report was taken at the GRHS when a 15 year old male admitted to writing vulgar comments in a bathroom stall. A report was forwarded to the City Attorney for review.
Kevin Brunkhardt of Thayne Wyoming reported losing his wallet on W Flaming Gorge Way near the Super 8 Hotel.
