Douglas E Myers, age 24, of Green River was arrested on 11/18/11 at 12:33 hours on Anvil Drive on a warrant out of Circuit Court for Failure to Pay on the original charge of Fishing Without a License. Myer was stopped for an equipment violation and a warrants check showed the outstanding arrest warrant for him. Myers was taken into custody and transported to jail.

Steven W Brennenman, age 28, of Green River and Zachary D Musbach, age 23, both of Green River were arrested on 11/19/11 at 01:44 hours on E Railroad Ave for Public Intoxication. Both subjects were contacted earlier that morning, given a warning and advised to go home. They were both contacted after the warning and taken into custody.

Mitchell L Jones, age 18, of Rock Springs was cited for Shoplifting on 11/18/11 at 20:59 hours on E Flaming Gorge Way.

A Burglary report was investigated on E 4th S when the victim reported someone entered his residence and stole $260 from a closet. Detectives were called to the scene and the case is under investigation.

A Larceny report was taken at Clearview Bowling Lanes when the reporting party reported a female suspect stole a bowling ball.

Officers investigated a report of Domestic Battery on Greasewood Street when the victim advised she and her sister got into an argument that later became physical. The report was forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review.

A Fraud report was taken on Trail Drive when the victim advised her debit card was used by an unknown person in New York and online to purchase items. The victim estimated her loss at approximately $130.

A Malicious Mischief report was taken on South Dakota Drive when the victim advised someone had written sexually explicit material on the windshield of his vehicle.

Officers assisted Game and Fish personnel with a game and fish violation on Bridger Drive. A report was forwarded to the Game Fish Department for review.

A Vicious Animal report was taken on Uinta Drive when a female subject was bitten by a dog that was hit by a car.

A Harassing Telephone Call report was taken on Uinta Drive.

A verbal domestic was reported on Cumorah Drive.

Officers responded to a fire alarm on E Flaming Gorge Way; the alarm was unfounded.

A Nuisance Animal complaint was taken on Riverview Drive.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Crossbow Drive a 52 year old male with Cerebral Palsy.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Mississippi Street with a male subject with a possible broken hip.

Officers responded to an alarm at the Pamida Store; it was unfounded.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on W 3rd N with an 83 year old male having chest pains.

Officers responded to a Larceny report on W Flaming Gorge Way when a Dodge pickup pumped $55 in fuel and drove off. The truck was later located and the driver returned and paid for the fuel.

A Nuisance Animal complaint was taken on South Carolina Circle.

Officers responded to a burglary alarm on E Flaming Gorge Way. A worker was opening a business and accidently punched in the wrong code.

Officers responded to a panic alarm on W Flaming Gorge Way. The clerk was concerned about a suspicious subject in a car in the parking lot; the car was gone on arrival of the police.

Officers responded to a Burglary alarm on Uinta Drive; it was unfounded.
