David A Phillips, age 26, of Green River was arrested on 11/4/11 at 11:35 hours on W Virginia Place on warrants out of Municipal Court for Failure to Pay Fines on the original charges of Interference with a Police Officer, Public Intoxication, and Exhibition of Speed. An officer observed Phillips as a passenger in vehicle on Hitching post Drive and was aware of the warrant. The warrants were confirmed and Phillips was contacted, taken into custody and transported to jail.
Mark Schultz, age 24, of Green River was arrested on 11/5/11 at 01:15 hours on E Flaming Gorge Way for Driving While Intoxicated. Schultz was stopped for a Lane Use violation and subsequent investigation showed him to be intoxicated while driving. Schultz was taken into custody and transported to jail. Schultz refused to take a breath test at the jail and a search warrant was secured for his blood alcohol concentration. Schultz was shown the signed search warrant and he provided a breath sample that showed he was over the presumptive limit to drive a motor vehicle safely.
Fred R Johnson, age 36, of Green River was arrested on 11/6/11 at 16:21 hours on E Teton Blvd for Driving While Suspended. Johnson was observed talking on his cell phone while driving. Johnson was stopped for the violation and subsequent investigation showed his driver’s license to be suspended. Johnson was taken into custody and transported to jail.
Cody M Patchett, age 24, of Rock Springs was cited for Driving While Suspended on 11/5/11 at 20:07 hours on Uinta Drive. Patchett was stopped for a speeding violation and subsequent investigation showed his driver’s license to be suspended.
Bufford Greymountain, age 40, of Green River was cited for Driving While Suspended on 11/5/11 at 17:08 hours on E Teton Blvd. An officer observed Greymountain driving and was aware his license was suspended. A driver’s license check showed Greymountain was suspended and he was stopped and cited for the violation.
A 15 year old male and a 16 year old male were cited for Underage Consumption and Curfew on 11/4/11 at 00:29 hours on W Flaming Gorge Way. The 16 year old was stopped for a lane use violation and subsequent investigation showed he and his passenger were out after Curfew and had been drinking alcoholic beverages. They were taken into custody and transported to the Police Department. Their parents were contacted and the juvenile were released to them.
A Larceny report was taken on Uinta Drive when the victim reported someone siphoned 55 gallons of diesel fuel from a truck. The victim estimated the loss at over $200.
A Malicious Mischief report was taken on E 4th S when the victim reported his adult daughter threw a planter through the front window of his house. The daughter could not be contacted at the time of the report. The report when completed will be forwarded to the City Attorney for review.
Officers investigated a crash at the Taco Time drive through window when a car driven by Ciara Tarufeli backed into a car driven by Mary Ebinger. Damage to both vehicles was estimated at under $1000 each and no injuries were reported.
A Malicious Mischief report was taken on California Drive when the driver reported someone had loosened the lug nuts on his tire and caused the wheel to fall off when he drove 50’ from his home. Damage to the truck was estimated at over $1500.
Trespass warnings were issued for the Mast Lounge to two intoxicated individuals on 11/4/11 at 21:47 hours.
A verbal domestic dispute was reported on Schultz Street. The residence was checked and no signs of physical abuse were reported.
Officers responded to a 911 hang up call on Davy Crockett Drive; officer investigated and determined it to be accidental.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Cumorah Way with a 71 year old male having difficulty breathing.

Accidental damage was reported at the Maverick store when a customer drove off while the gas hose was still in the gas tank of the pickup truck.
