Melissa D Spenneberg, age 33, of Green River, was arrested on 11/01/11 at 16:45 hours on Andrews Street on a warrant out of Circuit Court for contempt for Failure to Pay Fines on the original charge of Larceny. Spenneberg was stopped for a Bus Light violation and subsequent investigation showed the outstanding arrest warrant for Spenneberg. She was taken into custody and transported to jail.

Officers investigated a crash on E 4th S when a truck driven by Dennis Lewis struck the rear of a car driven by Justin Bayles. Damage to both vehicles was estimated at under $1000 each and no injuries were reported. Lewis was cited for Inattentive Driving.

Officers investigated a crash on Uinta Drive when a truck driven by Mark Leo lost control on icy roadways and crossed the raised median into the north bound lane and struck a concrete barricade. Damage to the Leo pickup truck was estimated at under $1000 and no injuries were reported.

A report of a vehicle Passing a School Bus was taken on W Teton Blvd.

A Harassment report was taken on Idaho Street.

A Dog at Large complaint was taken on Arizona Street.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on N 3rd E with an 84 year old female having symptoms of a heart attack.

Officers responded to a 911 hang up call on W 2nd N; it was accidental.

Animal Control Officers responded to a Dog at Large complaint at the Wild Horse Bar parking lot.

A 5 Day Parking complaint was taken on Wilkes Drive.

Animal Control Officers responded to a Dog at Large complaint on E Teton Blvd at Alabama Street.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Delaware Place with a 24 year old female having abdominal problems.

Officers assisted a Sheriff Deputy with a possible intoxicated driver at Tex’s Travel Camp on Hwy 372.

Officers responded to the Maverick Store for a 911 hang up call; Subjects were having an argument and left prior to officer’s arrival.

Officers assisted Highway Patrol Officers with a traffic stop on E Flaming Gorge Way at I-80

Officers responded to a 911 hang up call the Hampton Inn; it was accidental.

Animal Control Officers responded to a Dog at Large complaint on Mississippi Street.
