Officers investigated a report of Domestic Battery on 10/3/11 at 19:00 hours on W Teton Blvd when the victim advised he husband came home from work and assaulted her and left their residence. A copy of the report was forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review.

Officers assisted Department of Family Services personnel on Virginia Place after an anonymous report of neglect. The residence was checked and the conditions there were adequate.

A Malicious Mischief report was taken on Oklahoma Drive when the victim reported two teenage boys came to her residence and destroyed a cell phone.

A five day parking warning was issued on Wyoming Drive and on S 4th E.

A Trespass warning was issued on Hitching Post Drive.

Officers witnessed a drug test at Adult Probation and Parole.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel with a female subject who fell and cracked her head while walking on Scotts Bottom Road.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Crossbow Drive with a patient who had struck her head earlier in the day and now was feeling nauseous.

Animal Control Officers assisted a citizen with a cat in a trap on Jefferson Street.

Officers assisted diner personnel with an intoxicated subject at Penny’s Diner.

Officers assisted a Sheriff’s Deputy with a suspicious subject behind the Red Feather Bar.

A Nuisance Animal report was taken at the Hampton Inn when a stray cat wandered into the hotel lobby.
