Officers were dispatched to Harrison School for numerous parking complaints. The Green River Police Department would like to remind parents to not block cross walks or stop at yellow painted curbs to drop off or pickup students at schools.

Officers were dispatched to a parking complaint at N. Center and Railroad Ave. Repair crews needed a car moved so they could make sidewalk repairs.

Animal Control Officers were dispatched to the 2300 block of W. Teton Blvd. to a barking dog report. A nuisance animal report was forwarded to the city prosecuting attorney.

A citizen from Rock Springs called the police department and reported losing a cell phone in Green River sometime in the past two weeks.

Officers assisted a citizen by telephone with questions they had.

Officers were dispatched to S. Wagonwheel to a parking complaint. The vehicle was tagged for five day parking enforcement.

Officers were dispatched to a residence on S. Wagonwheel after the police department received a third party report of a citizen dispute. The parties were separated upon the officers arrival.

The police department received a REDDI report on Uinta Dr. on the railroad overpass. The vehicle was located, but no violations were observed.

Animal Control Officers were dispatched to a report of a dog at large on Mountain View. The dog was located and impounded.

Officers conducted a welfare check at a residence on N. 2 E.

Officers assisted the Green River Fire Department and ambulance personnel on the 500 block of E. Flaming Gorge to a report of a fuel spill.

Officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of Hitching Post to a reported juvenile problem. Officers warned the parties about the consequences of their actions.

Animal Control Officers were dispatched to Sioux Circle to a report of a dog at large. The dog was impounded.

Officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of Virginia Dr. to a report of at large. The owner was contacted an issued a verbal warning.

Officers assisted a citizen at the police department with questions about a custody dispute.

Officers conducted a welfare check on McKinley St.

Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of N. 2 E. to a parking complaint. The owner was contacted and given a verbal warning.

Officers arrested Eric Ramos, 28 years old of Green River at the Splash Park after an anonymous woman called in a complaint of being harassed by a drunk subject on E. 3 S. as she was walking in the area. The anonymous caller gave a description of the drunk subject that matched Ramos. When officers arrived in the area, Ramos began shouting obscenities at the officers and directed to the municipal court judge. Ramos was placed under arrest and transported to the Sweetwater County Detention Center and booked into jail.

Officers were dispatched to a reckless driver complaint in the 700 block of W. 5 N. Officers located the driver and issued a verbal warning.

Officers were dispatched to the area of S. Wagonwheel and Hitching Post to a report of a loud party. Officers issued a verbal warning.

Officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of E. Teton Blvd. to a report of a barking dog. The dog was quiet when officers arrived. No one was home at the time of the call, so the officer left a notice for the owner at the residence.

Officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of Bridger Dr. to a report of a verbal domestic dispute. The parties were separated for the night.

Officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute at a residence on the 500 block of W. 2 N. Audry Tinnell, 33 years old of Green River was arrested for domestic battery after officers observed wounds to the other party. Tinnell was transported to the Sweetwater County Detention Facility where she was booked into jail. The case has been referred to the Sweetwater County Attorney’s Office.
