Joshua Ryan Bookless, age 27, of Farson Wyoming, was arrested on 8/29/11 at 16:36 hours on Commerce Way for Use of Methamphetamine and Use of Marijuana. Officers were dispatched to Probation and Parole regarding a client who had tested positive for Marijuana and Methamphetamine. Bookless provided a written confession and he was taken into custody and transported to jail.

Travis Esquibel, age 30, of Green River was cited for Driving While Suspended on 8/29/11 at 07:49 hours on Monroe Ave. Officers recognized Esquibel from prior contacts and observed him driving. A driver’s license check showed Esquibel to be suspended and he was stopped and cited.

Officers investigated a report of domestic battery on Cumorah Way when the female half advised she was pushed in the back by her live in boyfriend. The male half was contacted and he denied any physical contact with his girlfriend. The incident was documented and a report was forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review.

A gas drive off from the Maverick Store was reported when the driver of a small blue passenger car pumped $25 in gas and left without paying.

An 8 year old male and a 10 year male were stopped for shoplifting by store employees at the Pamida Store. The police were notified and the juveniles were transported to their residences and turn over to their parents. A report was forwarded to the city prosecutor for review.

Officers investigated a traffic crash on Trail Drive when a trailer was being backed into a private drive struck a gas meter causing the pipe to break and leak. Minor damage was reported to trailer and the gas was turned off without incident.

A Trespass warning was issued on W 3rd S. A Nuisance Animal report was taken on Clark Street.
