Michael E Fisher, age 32, of Rock Springs, was arrested on 8/5/11 at 01:16 hours on Uinta Drive for Open Container. Fisher was stopped for a speeding violation and subsequent investigation showed Fisher had an open bottle of Seagram 7 in the vehicle.
Christopher Dale Stebbins, age 34, of Green River was cited for Driving While Suspended on 8/4/11 at 18:47 on W Flaming Gorge Way. Stebbins was stopped for speeding and a records check showed his Utah driver’s license was suspended.
Officers investigated a report of Fraud on Indian Hills Drive when the victim advised two internet companies were withdrawing funds from her bank account without her permission. The case is under investigation at this time.
A Vicious Animal report was investigated on Alamosa Circle when the victim advised he and another person were bite by a neighbor’s dog. Further investigation showed the dog was current on its shots. The report was forwarded to the City Attorney for review.
