Kathryn A Roitz, age 19, of Green River was cited for Nuisance Animal on 7/13/11 at 08:08 hours on Trona Drive. Animal Control Officers responded to a report of Barking Dogs and after subsequent investigation a citation was issued.

Officers investigated a report of Grand Larceny on S Wagonwheel Drive when the victim advised she received a phone call from a male advising he was a representative of the Federal Service Bureau and he was attempting to collect on her outstanding debt. After hanging up the phone she realized it was a probable fraud and she called the police. The victim advised she had been a victim of a collection fraud in the past.

Officers investigated a report of felony Property Damage, over $1000, on N 1st E when the victim advised the front window of the Green River Mercantile was broken out by persons unknown on 7/13/11. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

A Malicious Mischief report was taken on W 2nd N when the owner of a 2011 Polaris 4 wheeler reported someone stole the lug nuts off the driver’s side rear wheel between 7/12/11 and 7/13/11. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

Officers took a report of Malicious Mischief on E Flaming Gorge Way when the owner of a blue Dodge Journey reported damage to the driver’s side front quarter panel. The vehicle was parked at the Wild Horse Saloon parking lot on 7/13/11 at 00:30 hours and the damage was discovered at 01:00 hours. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

Verbal disputes were reported on Monroe Ave and on Medicine Bow Drive.
