Jane M Cagle, AKA Jane Plunkett, age 46, of Green River was arrested on 7/5/11 at 17:51 hours on E Flaming Gorge Way for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Suspended, Failure to Maintain a Single Lane of Travel and Open Container. Officers were advised by dispatch of a traffic complaint from Highway Patrol of a vehicle driving erratically and driving in the wrong lane on the interstate. Officers located the vehicle and observed several lane use violations. The vehicle was stopped on the east end of Flaming Gorge Way and after subsequent investigation the driver was taken into custody and transported to jail.
A report Fraud was taken on Colorado Drive when the victim advised someone had tried to use her name and old phone number to transfer her email account. The report is under investigation at this time.
Officers investigated a crash at the Arctic Circle parking lot when a vehicle driven by Sean Marones backed into a van driven by Amy Martin. Damage to both vehicles was estimated at over $1000 each and no injuries were reported. Marones was cited for Inattentive Driving.
Officers investigated a crash on W Flaming Gorge Way when a truck driven by Jan Stout backed into a parked vehicle owned by Sharon Patterson. Damage to each vehicle was estimated at under $1000 and no injuries were reported. Stout was cited for Inattentive Driving.
Officers investigated a crash at the Smith Food Store parking lot when a truck driven by Esther Castillon backed into a car driven by William Alder. Damage to each vehicle was estimated at under $1000 each and no injuries were reported. Castillon was cited for Inattentive Driving.
A Vicious Animal report was taken on Wyoming Drive when a dog owned by Billie Jo Lovato bit Jennifer Jones. Lovato could not produce proof of vaccination for her dog and it was impounded by Animal Control.
A Cruelty to Animals report was investigated on Jensen Street when witnesses advised they observed teenagers abusing a dog. The dog owner was contacted and advised the dog was not abused by his children. A report was forwarded to the City Attorney for review.
A Trespass warning was issued on Oklahoma Drive when an ex-husband requested his ex-wife stay off his property during his six week child visitation period. A white Pontiac Bonneville owned by Lyndon Schmidt was towed from Andrews Street as an abandoned vehicle on 6/27/11 at 21:55 hours. A Custody Dispute report was taken on Bridger Drive. A verbal dispute was reported on Indian Hills Drive.
