Chad A Dockter, age 25, of Green River was arrested on 6/28/11 at 01:17 hours on Wilkes Drive for Public Intoxication, Open Container and Carrying a Concealed Weapon. Officers were investigating a suspicious vehicle with its dome light on in the Wilkes Apartment parking lot. Dockter was asleep in the back seat of the car and there were several open beer containers in the car. Officers awakened Dockter and after briefly questioning him it was determined he was intoxicated. He was arrested and during a safety pat down it was discovered he had a knife and brass knuckles on his person.

Stephen L Pitts, age 23, of Lyman Wyoming was arrested on 6/24/11 at 22:47 hours on Bridger Drive for Public Intoxication. Pitts was at a Flaming Gorge Days concert and was engaged in what appeared to officers as a fight. It was determined that Pitts was intoxicated and he was taken into custody and transported to jail.

Crystal Fletcher, age 22, of Green River was cited for Driving While Suspended on 6/27/11 at 16:59 on E Flaming Gorge Way. Officers recognized Fletcher from previous contacts and knew she was suspended. A driver’s license check confirmed she was suspended.

Officers took a report of an Aggravated Auto Burglary on S 5th E when the victim reported a .22 rifle stolen from the trunk of his vehicle sometime between March and April of this year.

A Credit Card Fraud report was taken on E Teton Blvd when the victim advised someone accessed his account and charged over $5000 to his account. The investigation is ongoing at this time.

A report of Domestic Battery was investigated on S Wagonwheel Drive when a husband and wife got into an argument that became physical. The parties involved were separated for the night and the report was forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review.

A report of a verbal domestic dispute was taken on Andrews Street.

A report of a verbal domestic dispute was taken on Saratoga Drive.

William R Boughton reported losing his keys while at Stratton Myer Park on 6/25/11.
