Tiffany Ann Reese, age 21, of Rock Springs was arrested on 6/22/11 at 16:58 hours on Commerce Way for Use of Marijuana. Officers were dispatched to Probation and Parole regarding a client who tested positive for using marijuana. Reese provided a written statement to her probation officer admitting to using marijuana. Reese was taken into custody and transported to jail.

A report of Aggravated Assault and Battery was investigated on Railroad Ave when a female reported her husband had threatened her with a loaded rifle. She further stated he was suicidal and had admitted himself to Sweetwater Memorial Hospital for evaluation. The investigation is ongoing in this case.

A Forgery report was taken on Hitching Post Drive when a bank officer reported a client deposited over $98,000 in fraudulent checks and then started withdrawing money from her account. The suspect would not reply to repeated phone calls from the bank. The investigation is ongoing at this time.

A Larceny report was taken on Doe Drive when the victim advised someone has taken his Motorola Droid X cell phone from his residence. The victim stated he was drinking at his residence with some friends and discovered his phone missing the next day. The investigation is ongoing in this case.

A Larceny report investigated on Clark Street when the mother of the victim reported her son’s bicycle stolen. The bicycle was located and returned and the victim’s mother did not want charges pursued at this time.

A Threats report was taken on Uinta Drive when the victim reported a former employees fiancé had made telephone threats towards her. The suspect was contacted and informed of the consequences of making threats over the phone.

A verbal dispute was reported on Alabama Drive when family members were arguing over a 12 year old getting a belly button ring.
