Jamie Perez, age 24, of Green River was arrested on 6/19/11 at 14:11 hours on Schultz Street on an arrest warrant out of US District Court, Lander Wyoming. Officers located Perez at his residence and advised of the warrant. Perez was taken into custody and transported to jail where he was booked in on the warrant for Felon in Possession of a Firearm.

A 16 year old female was cited for a Curfew violation on 6/18/11 at 02:17 hours on Hitching Post Drive. Officers were dispatched to the area of Hitching Post and Stage Place regarding a suspicious person. The 16 year old female was contacted and questioned; she was transported to her residence where she was cited and turned over to a family member.

A 15 year old female was cited for Underage Consumption of Alcohol on 6/17/11 at 18:23 hours on Bridger Drive. Officers were dispatched to Stratton Meyer Park regarding an intoxicated female. The 15 year old was found lying on the grass next to a soccer goal. The female was questioned and it was determined she was intoxicated. She was arrested and transported to the police department and later released to her mother.

A report of Burglary was investigated on E 2nd N when the victim advised someone entered his unlocked garage and stole property valued at about $795. The victim stated the theft occurred between midnight and 08:21 hours on 6/18/11. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

A Burglary was investigated on 6/18/11 at 07:50 hours on Bridger Drive when the victim advised someone broke into her apartment and stole $300 cash from a filing cabinet. Pry marks on the door frame indicated force entry into the apartment. Anyone with information please contact the GRPD at 872-0555.

A report of Criminal Entry was taken on 6/18/11 at 18:27 hours on Schultz Street when the victim reported someone entered his house trailer and left a large knife stuck in his kitchen table. The knife was stuck through a photo of the victim and into the table top. There were no signs of forced entry at the scene. Anyone with information please contact the GRPD at 872-0555.

A Larceny report was investigated on Bridger Drive when the victim’s father reported the theft of his son’s bicycle. The bike was taken from Stratton Meyer Park on June 18th between 20:00 and 22:00 hours. The bike is described as a matte blue Trek Mountain Bike valued at $350. A Larceny report was taken on North Riverbend Drive when the victim advised someone had siphoned gasoline from vehicles parked behind her residence. The suspect vehicle is a blue van with 19 county plates. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

Officers investigated a traffic crash at the Tollgate Station parking lot when a rental truck driven by Godfrey Komu struck the over head awning at the gas pumps. Damage to the truck was reported as under $1000 and unknown amount of damages to the awning. Komu was cited for No Insurance.

Officers investigated a crash on Saratoga Drive when a truck driven by Kaden Hensley struck a parked vehicle and trailer owned by Gary McKenzie. Damage to the Hensley vehicle was estimated at under $1000. Damage to the McKenzie vehicle was not listed in the report and the damage to the McKenzie trailer was estimated at $200.

Kathleen Thomas reported an unknown vehicle struck her dark blue 2003 Ford Explorer while it was parked at the Smith Food store parking lot on 6/19/11.Damage to the Thomas vehicle was estimated at under $1000. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

Officers investigated a crash on the city landfill road when a truck driven by Mary Rath drove off the embankment an overturned. No injuries were reported and the damage to the truck driven by Rath was estimated at over $1000. Rath was cited for Improper Lane Use.

A report of Malicious Mischief was taken on 6/19/11 on W Flaming Gorge Way when a red Ford F250 pickup truck owned by Daniel Thomas was keyed causing approximately $100 in damages. The incident occurred between 20:00 hours on the 18th and 17:30 hours on the 19th of June. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

A Disturbing the Peace warning was issued on 6/17/11 at 07:43 hours on Wilkes Drive for loud music. A Nuisance Animal report was taken on N 3rd W when a dog attacked a neighbor’s dog through a fence. A Trespass warning was issued on Riverview Drive. A welfare check was initiated on E 2nd N. A verbal dispute was reported on Riverview Drive. Suspicious Circumstances were reported on College Drive. A Malicious Mischief report was taken on Iowa Circle when the victim reported her house was egged on 6/19/11 at 00:35 hours.
