Dane M Johnson, age 21, of Green River was arrested on 6/16/11 at 16:01 hours on Bridger Drive on a warrant out of Circuit Court for Conspiracy to Commit Forgery a felony.

Jeffrey Filiciti, age 18, of Green River was arrested on 6/16/11 at 10:50 hours on Fawn Circle on a warrant out of Circuit Court for Conspiracy to Commit Forgery a felony.

Kristin Strand, age 19, of Green River was cited for a Vicious Animal on 6/15/11 at 17:28 hours on W 2nd N when her pit bull dog got out of her yard and entered a neighbor’s yard. The neighbor entered his yard and found the pit bull which began to bark and get aggressive towards him. Animal Control was called and the dog was taken into custody. Strand was later contacted and cited for the violation and her dog was released to her.

A report of Auto Burglary was investigated on Andrews Street when the victim reported that someone entered his 1999 Toyota pickup and stole a compact disc case. The victim reported someone also entered his wife’s 2001 white GMC Suburban and stole a pair of binoculars and some change. The thefts are believed to have occurred between 18:00 hours on 6/15/11 and 09:30 hours on 6/16/1. Anyone with information please contact the GRPD at 872-0555.

Officers investigated a crash behind the residences at 2615 Indiana Court when a vehicle owned by Sam Mamalis slipped out of gear and rolled into a fence. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at under $1000 and no estimated was given for the damage to the fence.
