William H Rhodes, age 61, of Green River was arrested on 5/18/11 at 01:56 hours on S 7th W. Dispatch received a phone call from Rhodes requesting they check to see if he had a warrant for his arrest. Dispatch confirmed that Rhodes has an arrest warrant for Domestic Battery. Rhodes advised he was at home and would wait for officers. Officers met with Rhodes and he was taken into custody and transported to the County Jail.
Erik D Pacheny, age 26, of Green River was arrested on 5/17/11 at 17:01 hours on Uinta Drive. Officers were aware of an arrest warrant for Pacheny and located him on Uinta Drive. Pacheny was taken into custody and transported to County jail and booked in on the warrant for a Probation violation on the original charge of Driving While Intoxicated 3rd offense.
Grant R Ricks, age 34, of Green River was arrested on 5/18/11 at 01:09 hours on W 3nd N. Officers were dispatched to a verbal domestic dispute on N 6th W at 20:38 hours on 5/17/11. Ricks, the male half of the dispute agreed to leave the residence for the night. At 01:06 hours Ricks returned to the residence broke out a window and tried gain entry. Further investigation showed Ricks to be intoxicated and he was taken in custody, transported to jail and charged with Public Intoxication.
Officers investigated a report of Aggravated Assault and Battery on 5/17/11 at 23:00 hours on Windriver Drive. The victim alleged her roommate’s boyfriend threatened her with a knife. No injuries were sustained and witnesses at the scene had conflicting stories regarding the events that had taken place. The report was forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review.
Officers investigated a report of a gas drive off at the Maverick Store on 5/16/11 at 19:05 hours when the driver of a green GMC utility vehicle pumped $64.23 in gas and then left without paying.
Officers investigated a traffic crash on E 2nd S when a car driven by Tessa Christiansen struck the rear of a car driven by Rod McCarrie. Damage to both vehicles was estimated at over $1000 each. No Injuries were reported. Christiansen was cited for Inattentive Driving.
A Malicious Mischief report was taken on Elm Street when the owner of a yellow Chevrolet pickup truck advised two juvenile males tried to enter his locked truck causing the alarm to sound. The victim said he came out of a residence when he hear the alarm and saw two male juvenile running down the street. The owner said he thinks they were trying to steal his stereo. The victim could not get a good description because of the dark and poor lighting.
Officers were dispatched to a juvenile problem on Green River Way when a parent advised his 14 year old son was out of control and punching holes in a wall. Officers were able to calm the juvenile and the father and son advised they would work out their disagreement.
Officers responded to a verbal dispute on W Flaming Gorge Way a boyfriend and girlfriend got into dispute over personal issues. No signs of physical violence were observed by the officers and the parties agreed to settle their differences amiably.
Officers were dispatched to the Hampton Inn and Suites when employees became suspicious that two guests were stealing items from a room. An investigation showed no theft occurred.
A Vicious Animal report was taken on Uinta Drive when Sweetwater Memorial Hospital reported a dog bite victim had been treated. The victim was bitten while gassing her vehicle and the dog’s owner were traveling through at the time. The victim ascertained the dog was current on its shots.
