Brandi S Quintana, age 34, of Rock Springs was arrested on 4/8/11 at 13:12 hours on E Flaming Gorge Way. Quintana was contacted at Juvenile Probation and Parole and two active arrest warrants were confirmed for Quintana; one out of District Court for Forgery and a second out of Circuit Court for DWUI. Quintana was arrested and transported to jail without incident.
Officers assisted Juvenile Probation and Parole with the transport of a 15 year old male to the Youth Home for numerous probation violations.
A Larceny report was investigated on Uinta Drive when the victim reported prescription medication was taken from her purse while she was at work. The larceny occurred between 3/21/11 and 4/7/11. The larceny is still under investigation.
A Larceny report was investigated on E Flaming Gorge Way when the occupants of an older black Ford pickup truck pumped $61.67 in gas and then drove off. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.
A report of Identity Theft was taken on Daniel Boone Drive when the victim advised that an unknown person accessed his bank account and stole $244.90. The case is under investigation at this time.
A report of Criminal Entry was taken on Bridger Drive when several persons entered a vacant apartment and caused substantial damage. Witnesses have been interviewed and the investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.
Offices investigated a traffic crash in a parking lot at the intersection of W Flaming Gorge Way and N 1st W when a car driven by Billy Jenkins rolled backwards into a vehicle driven by Tammy Hester. Minor damage was sustained by each vehicle and no injuries were reported. Jenkins was cited for Inattentive Driving.
A Stalking report was taken on Idaho Street when an 18 year old female report she was receiving anonymous text messages. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
Trespass warnings were issued on Locust Street at the request of the owner for his stepson and his friends.
A Vicious Animal report was investigated on Jefferson Street when a dog bit a juvenile male. The Animal was quarantined when the owner could not provide shot records for the dog.
