Oliver D Bicenti, age 48, of Green River was arrested on 1/01/11 at 11:18 hours on W Teton Blvd for Domestic Battery and Public Intoxication.

Chris Dudzik, age 20, of Green River was arrested on 1/1/11 at 00:23 hours on Uinta Drive for Driving While Intoxicated Youthful Offender and Open Container. Officers were dispatched to a fight in progress at 98 Uinta Drive. During the course of the investigation Dudzik was determined to be intoxicated while driving and having an open container of alcohol. The passengers in Dudzik’s vehicle were questioned and Erik Flaten, age 19, was cited for Underage Consumption as were Jade Jewkes, age 18, and Colton Martinez was arrested on a Municipal warrant for Underage Consumption.

Alex Hernandez-Morones Jr, age 59, of Green River was arrested on 12/31/10 at 20:40 hours on E 2nd S for Driving While Intoxicated and Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident. Officers were called to a Hit and Run crash on E 2nd S and further investigation showed Morones had crashed with a parked vehicle then left the scene. Morones and his vehicle were located and it was determined he was intoxicated.

Officers investigated traffic crashes on Schultz Street, on E 2nd S, Castle Rock Medical Center parking lot, at the City Auto parking lot, on Astle Ave, on Riverview Drive and on E Flaming Gorge Way.

Officers investigated a report of a fight on Uinta Drive. A Domestic Assault report was investigated on Schultz Street and a copy of the report was forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review. A Fraud by Check report was taken on Cedar Street. A Larceny report was taken on E Flaming Gorge Way. A Fraud report was investigated on E Flaming Gorge Way. A Malicious Mischief report was taken on Bridger Drive. A Destruction of Property report was taken on Aspen Way. Verbal disputes were reported on Faith Drive on E 4th S. Suspicious Circumstances were reported on Hitching Post Drive. An Accidental Damage report was taken on New Mexico Street
