Lexa R Comstock, age 20, of Green River was arrested on 11/16/10 at 12:20 hours on Monroe Ave on a warrant out of Municipal Court for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Underage Consumption of Alcohol.

Ray D Haapala, age 29, of Green River was served a Green River Municipal Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fines on the original charge of Interference with a Police officer. Haapala was incarcerated at the Sweetwater County jail at the time of service on another matter.

Michael R Anderson, age 34, of Rock Springs was arrested on 11/16/10 at 14:13 hours on Commerce Way. Officers were dispatched to Probation and Parole to witness a urine analysis on a male client. Anderson sample tested positive for marijuana and he was arrested and transported to jail.

A Battery report was investigated at the McDonald’s restaurant when a female transient reported being assaulted by a male transient. The reporting party did not know the name of the suspect and officers searched of the area with negative results.

Officers investigated traffic crashed on Chugwater Drive and on E Teton Blvd.

A Domestic Battery report was investigated on Bradner Circle. Officers responded to a 911 call and interviewed both parties involved. The report was forwarded to the County Attorney’s Office for review.

A Cruelty to Animals report was investigated on Knotty Pine Street.

A Malicious Mischief report was taken on Wild Horse Canyon Road when an unknown person broke out the rear window on a 2005 blue Dodge Durango. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

Suspicious Circumstances were reported on Jensen Street.
