Timothy A Rath, age 45, of Green River was arrested on 10/22/10, at 03:44 hours on Apache Ave for Driving While Intoxicated and Possession of Cocaine. Officers were dispatched to a traffic crash on Apache Street. Subsequent investigation showed Rath was intoxicated at the time of the crash and was in possession of cocaine.
Michael C Cummings, age 20, of Green River was arrested on 10/21/10 at 20:31 hours on Evans Street on a warrant out of Circuit Court for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Failure to Use a Seatbelt. Cummings was stopped for a registration violation and further investigation showed he had no insurance on the truck he was driving. Cummings was also cited for the Registration and Insurance violations.
Officers investigated a report of an Auto Burglary on E 3rd N that occurred between 10/20/10 and 10/21/10 when unknown persons entered a black GMC pickup truck and stole over $750 in tools. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.
Officers investigated a report of an Aggravated Assault that occurred on E Railroad Street on 10/21/10 at 21:40 hours. The report indicates that a male and a female were assaulted by a third male with a cue stick while at the Green Gander Bar. No arrests were made at the time as the suspect left prior to the police arriving.
A report of Child Abuse was investigated on Shoshone Ave. A Careless Driving report was taken on Stage Place. A dog bite report was investigated on W 2nd N. Verbal disputes were reported on S 7th W and on Schultz Street. A juvenile problem was reported on Cumorah Way.
