Aaron V Doney, age 21, of Green River was arrested on 4/6/10 at 02:46 hours on Wilkes Drive for Auto Burglary. Investigating officers followed shoe prints in the snow from the crime scene to Doney’s residence. Further probable cause was developed and a search warrant was obtained. Upon execution of the warrant items of evidence reported in the burglary were seized and Doney was arrested.
Jacob Kunkle, age 29, of Green River was arrested on 4/7/10 at 0015 hours on Windriver Drive for Driving While Intoxicated
Officers investigated a crash on Jefferson Street when a truck driven by Terald Pollock backed into a car driven by Claudia Ceci Batista-Munoz. Damage to the Munoz car was estimated at over $1000 and under $1000 to the truck Pollock was driving.
Officers investigated a crash on Upland Way when a truck driven by Katherine Trujillo was unable to stop for a stop sign due to weather and road conditions. The truck was struck by a car driven by Jill Miller. Damage to the Miller car was estimated at over $1000 and under $1000 to the truck driven by Trujillo.
Officers investigated a report of Domestic Battery on N 3rd W. Reports of Burglary were investigated on E Flaming Gorge Way and on Wilkes Drive. A Fraud report was taken on Hitching Post Drive when an unknown person used the victim’s debit card to make unauthorized on line purchases.
