Officers investigated a report of a Battery on E Flaming Gorge Way when a suspect punched another subject at the E Flaming Gorge Get N Go gas pumps on 4/5/10 at 14:26 hours. The suspect admitted to the assault and a report was forwarded to the County Attorney’s Office for prosecution.
