The Streets Division is having a Slurry Seal Project done by
Morgan Pavement this spring. Their plan is to mobilize in on next Monday and Tuesday and to
start the work within the next two weeks.
This project will
occur between June 12 and June 22, 2019 and will most likely be completed
within four days after they start, weather permitting. Residents and businesses
will be required to move all vehicles off the street while work is being
performed. Also, their street will be closed all day while the slurry is
applied and allowed to cure.
The contractor will have notices delivered to residences and
business that will be effected by the work. The notices will be delivered
starting today to ensure there is at least one week prior notice.
