Nicholas E Smith, age 22, no known address, was arrested on 9/26/10 at 20:51 hours on W 2nd N for Open Container. Officers received numerous complaint regarding transients in the area and Smith was contacted and while talking with police he opened and consumed a can of beer.

Christopher M Olivas, age 33, of Gillette Wyoming, was arrested on 9/26/10 at 08:46 hours on E 4th S on a warrant out of Campbell County for Contempt of Court for Failure to Pay Child Support.

Jeffrey B Anglin, age 44, of Rock Springs was arrested on 9/25/10 at 18:44 hours on Uinta Drive for Driving While Intoxicated. Anglin was stopped for speeding and after subsequent investigation it was determined he was intoxicated.

Taylor L McCullogh age 20, of Green River, Chaylene L Kimsey, age 18, of Rock Springs, and Brooke A Scott, age 18 of Rock Springs were cited for Underage Consumption of Alcohol. McCullough was stopped for a lane change violation and further investigation showed her and her vehicle’s occupants were drinking.

Andrew Beaver, age 20, of Green River was cited for Disturbing the Peace on 9/27/10 at 00:34 hours on Bridger Drive. Officers were called to noise complaint and Beaver was contacted and cited.

Isabel Kelly, age 25, of Green River was cited for Driving While Suspended. Officers were investigating a traffic collision and a driver’s license checked showed Kelly’s driving privileges to be suspended.

Officers investigated crashed on Jefferson Street, on Bridger Drive and at the Smith’s Store parking lot. A Fighting in Public report was taken at Lincoln Middle School. A report of a violation of a Family Protection Order was investigated on S Wagonwheel Drive. Copies of the report were forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review. Domestic Battery reports were investigated on Windriver Drive and on Schultz Street. Copies of these reports were forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review. Malicious Mischief reports were taken on W Flaming Gorge Way, on E Teton Blvd and on E 4th S. A Trespass warning was issued on Schultz Street. Officers assisted the Department of Family Services personnel with a welfare check on Jefferson Street. A bicycle was found at Harrison School.
