party advised they were scratched by the cat. Officers completed a report regarding the incident, which was

party to get current contact information from them as they moved out of state. The individual was advised to 
try and contact the reporting party during morning hours and both parties were okay with that.

Officers contacted the owner of the vehicle who advised they were using their remote starter to start the 
vehicle. Animal Control Officers checked on the dog, which did not appear in distress and the owner took their
dog outside of the vehicle.

moved. Officers contacted the reporting party and the owner of the vehicle regarding the complaint.

Officers responded to a report of an individual burning items with the fire contained but producing a lot of 
smoke. Officers checked the area, the fire was attended and the individuals were advised to put a screen on

Officers responded to a vehicle collision with a bicyclist. It was reported a vehicle was traveling west bound
on Astle Avenue. A bicyclist was riding on the sidewalk eastbound along Astle Avenue, crossed Hoover Drive
 and then turned south to cross Astle Avenue. The vehicle traveling on Astle Avenue attempted to stop and was 
unable to avoid colliding with the bicyclist. The driver of the vehicle and bicyclist were unable to see each 
other due to a large tree on the northeast corner of Astle Avenue and Hoover Drive.  
Castle Rock Ambulance Service was requested to the location to check on the bicyclist who had minor injuries.
The bicyclist refused treatment. 
Improper crossing and failure to yield right of way by the bicyclist were contributing factors in the collision. 
No citations were issued, officers completed a report regarding the incident.
