Christopher Brackett, age 27 of Green River, was arrested per an active Sweetwater County Warrant for failure
to appear and failure to pay on an original charge of driving while under the influence. Brackett was also issued 
a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use.

Animal Control Officers responded to a report of a dog left unattended in a parked vehicle with windows 
partially rolled down. Animal Control Officers checked on the dog that did not appear in distress and the 
vehicle's windows were partially rolled down. Animal Control Officers contacted the owner of the dog,
regarding the concerns of the dogs welfare with the hot temperature.

Officers met with a resident who reported a suspicious vehicle parked near their residence. After the vehicle
left, the reporting party noticed their shed door open. The reporting party did not see anyone on their

Officers noticed traffic cones were moved and were blocking the roadway on Monroe Avenue, which is not 
closed to traffic.

While investigating traffic cones having been moved and blocking a roadway which was not closed to traffic.
Officers observed six pedestrians in the area who ran from officers. Officers located the individuals who 
denied moving the traffic cones, further investigation determined the individuals had been drinking. 
A 17 year old male of Green River , was issued citations for underage consumption of alcohol and curfew and 
was released to a parent.
Sidney Peterson, age 18 of Green River, was issued a citation for underage consumption of alcohol.
Cammeron Kessner, age 18 of Green River, was issued a citation for underage consumption of alcohol.
Jordan Tucker, age 18 of Green River, was issued a citation for underage consumption of alcohol.
David Maggio, age 21 of Green River, was issued a citation for public intoxication.
Jerica Maggio, age 24 of Green River, was issued a citation for public intoxication.
